I’ve been coming to Subaru of Gwinnett for many years now and I am slowly considering either looking for a new Subaru dealership or even considering b I’ve been coming to Subaru of Gwinnett for many years now and I am slowly considering either looking for a new Subaru dealership or even considering buying a different car altogether. It seems that every time I come in for an issue or service, I always have to come back because of new issues created during my visit. I can’t keep taking time off work to come in 2-3 times because of new problems. And some people need more training on customer service skills. More

Service center great Subaru not so much We have always found the service center very courteous and professional. We wish we could say the same for the Outback. We have had more problems with this car than any we have owned, just look at the service record. We were there last Saturday (a 2 hour drive) for a service and 2 recalls one was the radio after a number of trips to the shop already. Monday morning my wife got in the car and didn’t have a radio. It came back on when she got back in the car later in the morning. I’m afraid while Subaru Gwinnett service is ok, Subaru is not. shortly after we got the car we experienced the gas gage problem firsthand. We ran out of gas on I-26 30 miles from Charleston SC with snow on the ground, we almost got ran over and paid $120 for a gallon of gas to get us to a station. More

The center's technicians and team leaders perform excellent work.. Jill Thurston manages the center as a commander who understands all aspects of her departments' service and repair offerings. The Forgotten rear wiper blade. On Monday, May 7 I brought my 2016 Outback in for an oil change and for the replacement of the rear wiper blade. I waited in the very comfortable wa On Monday, May 7 I brought my 2016 Outback in for an oil change and for the replacement of the rear wiper blade. I waited in the very comfortable waiting area for about an hour and Jeff Bowman told me the service had been completed. I paid the $103.02 bill and returned to my home in Stone Mountain, a distance of about 20 miles. When I checked I found that the rear wiper blade had not been replaced, BUT I had been charged for it. I immediately called Jeff and he offered to send a technician to my home to replace it. I elected to drive back to Subaru of Gwinnett on Thursday, May 9 to have the wiper blade to be installed. It was done and my credit card was credited with $18.88, the price of the wiper blade. For that I am thankful. Ironically, the reason I chose to have Subaru of Gwinnett perform the service was that Stivers Subaru, where I purchased the Outback, could not work me in for an oil change for about a week while Subaru of Gwinnett could perform the service the almost immediately. I'm sure I will give you another chance to perform the next service my car needs, that, I hope, will be the 30,000 mile service in a few months. Thanks for your concern. More
