My husband found the car we wanted at Subaru of Gwinnett, and we have had nothing but stellar customer service ever since the first phone call with Liam. Everyone has been so welcoming and kind. Thank you to the service department and the receiptionist for taking such great care of me this past week. You have greeted me with a warm smile, and made my son and I feel so welcome in the dealership. I always believe that customer service comes down to even the smallest details. When I got into my car to drive home, the heater was on and my car toasty warm. Love all of you so much! More

Mixed Service Review I had to bring my 2018 Outback in for the first service and for 2 recalls (Fuel indicator and Radio). The very next day, the CD failed to operate..I h I had to bring my 2018 Outback in for the first service and for 2 recalls (Fuel indicator and Radio). The very next day, the CD failed to operate..I had to take the car back in to find out what was wrong. After trying different options to fix it, another unit had to be ordered. Two weeks later, the replacement unit arrived. In the mean time, I noticed a pry mark on the dash where someone in service had damaged it. I asked for this to be replaced as well..I was given a loaner car by Alyssa (who was Great!). When I finally received my car back a week later I was assisted by Issa Kone, who was very busy on the phone most of the time that I was with him. . The paperwork had indicated that it had been washed. I requested it to be run through the car wash again as the exterior was filthy. I had just washed it before I brought it back in. The satellite radio had not been reactivated even though the paperwork indicated that the tech had contacted Sirius XM to get subscription transferred.. I had to ask for help to do this and Kyle was very helpful to get this completed This took an additional 30-45 mins to do get all of this done while sitting in the parking lot. It would have been nice for all of this to have been done (as indicated on the paperwork) prior to me picking up the vehicle. More
