Squeaky Seat So I never had a car with an unusual noisy seat, imagine each time you accelerate then slow to a complete stop the drivers seat makes the most irritat So I never had a car with an unusual noisy seat, imagine each time you accelerate then slow to a complete stop the drivers seat makes the most irritating noise. Even when leaning to reach for an object the seat would get on your last nerve. This dealer went above and beyond what I expected if they could even fix my squeaky seat. I wasn’t sure if the service department would even have a solution or if I would just have to deal with the obnoxious noise. Not only was my advisor more than concerned they squeezed me into their busy schedule with my minor issue the same day I called. Also a loaner car was given as a curtesy so I would not miss work and class. This dealership service department is absolutely exceptional when it comes to customer service and I plan on returning for all my vehicle needs. More

Best dealership service ever!!! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and assisted. I only went in for a key, I was informed that my Outback had 4 recalls that it needed. Major recalls that I wasn't aware of that were serious safety issues. I was never pressured, only assisted. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. And....you wouldn't believe the lobby, WOW!
