My husband just picked up our car and are not pleased. We brought the car in due to the sunroof exploding. The car was provided today, and there is still glass fragments, which they didn't properly remove prior to repairing the glasssin roof. There is a scratch on our car. It seems that all of the glass should have been removed, and extra care taken to avoid any additional damage. I expected better from Subaru. More
Expensive long service with unpredictable completion date. I went in for rear brake work due to clicking noise while driving. It had been doing this for months with little or no effect on the braking.They replaced both rear wheel cylinders taking many days to get them. During the same time I had all four complete calipers and the power steering hydro-boost assisted master cylinder replaced on my motor home at a local shop beside my house. In both cases the systems old fluid was flushed. The motor home job was a much larger project (replacement of five major assemblies) on a 1985 vintage set of brakes. The motor home job cost the same as the smaller two wheel cylinder job on the Subaru within $4. Meaning Subaru work was more than 2.5x as expensive. In a previous case I had some sensor work done and found the part at Walmart.com for about 10% what the real Subaru part cost. The only reason I come back to this dealership is that I get a free courtesy car and they do a cursory cleaning of the gar which is a nice touch on a 1999 Forester (worth about the cost of this repair). When I came in to get the car they forgot about me and left me waiting in the lounge area for 45 minutes. I finally went back out to the shop area to ask if they'd forgotten about me. Apparently somebody had forgotten to tell somebody else. More

However my service manager and coordinator picked up my car at home, provided me a loner vehicle and thoroughly detailed it and delivered my car back to me in better condition than it was from the start. I am very greatfull for the responsive service. More

Car towed to closest service dealership in Cumming, GA. Found out to be loose oil drain plug. Drain plug addressed. Cumming service tech was able to clean off the factory plastic glue film off of the chrome wheel hubcaps without even asking. So, how would you rate the service my car received on Friday, Feb 15th? Also, Please advise how I can get the oil stains out of my concrete driveway and garage floor. More

I love the people who work here! Yesterday, I parked my car and came back 10 minutes later and all my car’s electricals, including my key fob, were dead. I called the Subaru roadside Yesterday, I parked my car and came back 10 minutes later and all my car’s electricals, including my key fob, were dead. I called the Subaru roadside folks to charge it or tow it, charge worked and I am was able to get to Subaru of Gwinnett. When I pulled up to their service bay, Jeff met me and called me by name. He also let me know I had 3 more days on my warranty! Yikes! AJill came to say Hi while I was waiting which was appreciated. After replacing my battery (for free!) their techs also performed a once over on my car (all was well) and I drove away with a washed and healthy car. Great techs (koodos to Jeff), phenomenal service manager Jill, and that 36,000 mile/3 year warranty is true to its word. No hassles at all. Surprised? Not really. Subaru and Subaru of Gwinnett are trustworthy and know what customer service is all about. More
