Oil change and address recall Car leaking oil post 4 days after service. Was advised by Gwinett service staff to call roadside service 2-26-19. Car towed to closest service dealers Car leaking oil post 4 days after service. Was advised by Gwinett service staff to call roadside service 2-26-19. Car towed to closest service dealership in Cumming, GA. Found out to be loose oil drain plug. Drain plug addressed. Cumming service tech was able to clean off the factory plastic glue film off of the chrome wheel hubcaps without even asking. So, how would you rate the service my car received on Friday, Feb 15th? Also, Please advise how I can get the oil stains out of my concrete driveway and garage floor. More

I love the people who work here! Yesterday, I parked my car and came back 10 minutes later and all my car’s electricals, including my key fob, were dead. I called the Subaru roadside Yesterday, I parked my car and came back 10 minutes later and all my car’s electricals, including my key fob, were dead. I called the Subaru roadside folks to charge it or tow it, charge worked and I am was able to get to Subaru of Gwinnett. When I pulled up to their service bay, Jeff met me and called me by name. He also let me know I had 3 more days on my warranty! Yikes! AJill came to say Hi while I was waiting which was appreciated. After replacing my battery (for free!) their techs also performed a once over on my car (all was well) and I drove away with a washed and healthy car. Great techs (koodos to Jeff), phenomenal service manager Jill, and that 36,000 mile/3 year warranty is true to its word. No hassles at all. Surprised? Not really. Subaru and Subaru of Gwinnett are trustworthy and know what customer service is all about. More

I was led to a clean waiting room That provided complementary beverages and snacks. The waiting room was a bit crowded and seating was constrained. A nearby kids waiting room was empty. Service took about one hour as I was warned. Service techs updated me three times during wait to keep me posted on progress. A complementary car wash was promised but I don’t think was given. Was raining that day so I don’t think would have made difference. More

Staff was ready for me and I waited less than 30 minutes to revive a loaner vehicle (which was nice) and was on my way. Service to my car was thorough. Communication to me was excellent and my car was clean and running right when I picked it up. More
