Good experience for recall service. In for a arched ups recall service to radio. Service intake was quick and I was processed and only a couple of minutes. I was led to a clean waiting room That provided complementary beverages and snacks. The waiting room was a bit crowded and seating was constrained. A nearby kids waiting room was empty. Service took about one hour as I was warned. Service techs updated me three times during wait to keep me posted on progress. A complementary car wash was promised but I don’t think was given. Was raining that day so I don’t think would have made difference. More
