I've taken my vehicle there exclusively for all minor and (one) moderate repair. Recently, the battery in my 2017 Impreza suddenly died. Having no way to get to work I had to Uber all the way into the city. I arranged to have my vehicle towed to the dealership through Subaru roadside assistance. After explaining to be service department that I had no way to get home, they offered to drive my vehicle all the way downtown (30+ miles) so that I would not have to spend money on ridesharing. They offered this at no additional cost and we're happy to do it! I am extremely grateful to the team at Subaru of Gwinnett for providing an exceptional level of customer service. More

Disappointed in Subaru My wife dropped off our 2018 outback for regular service. We have had the car 1 year now and she raised concerns about the infotainment not working we My wife dropped off our 2018 outback for regular service. We have had the car 1 year now and she raised concerns about the infotainment not working well with Google auto as well as the gas mileage that is not even close to the sticker mileage (she wanted a wrangled, but MPG was the deciding factor..should have got the wrangler). The suggestion for the mileage was a 30 dollar additive. This mileage has been consistently low since we picked it up with 2 miles on the odometer, so I am not sure what that temporary fix would resolve. My wife fell victim to running out of gas with 30 miles left according to the computer. I was with her and gave her xxxx about it because my daughter was driving. Thanks a lot for that (should have got thr wrangler). Picked up the car and was met promptly and acknowledged, but the person who met us forgot to tell the service advisor, so we were there far longer than we should have been. We gotbthe car back and it was cleaned and serviced, but the infotainment system still does not work well with the Google auto, something I am now reading about as being a problem. There is yet to be a fix for the incorrect miles on the tank indicator, but I know that it whatever it is, it will not correct the false gas mileage, the reason we bought the car. More

You are given updates during the time you are there and if something else is discovered you are informed and given prices and the option to have the work done. Oil change & tire rotation I live in Oakwood & I never look forward to the drive to Gwinnett but I really do enjoy coming to have my car serviced. The atmosphere in the waiting area is so nice. Even when I go to the showroom to glance at the new cars, no one ever bombards me!! I made the statement less than 2 weeks after purchasing my Outback that I would NEVER have anything other than a Subaru! & I still stick to that statement. More

Not only did I have my oil change done (first time at this facility), but answered all my questions I had about the back up camera I was wanting and the built in GPS, I as having a bit of difficulty with getting it to function from west coast to east coast. The service department was great. Only issue I had, was when I called to schedule the appt. I spoke with 3 different individuals, that couldn't give an answer on price, or even answer a couple of questions. Also, they called me back to ask if I was bringing in my camera and was I wanting it installed. I never said I was bringing anything in, only that I wanted to speak with someone who could answer my questions about it. More
