Paid $2,200 and I still don’t have my car I dropped my car for head gasket replacement in 1/21, my car was ready for pick up on 1/26 and i went to pick up my car 1/28. I paid my service bill a I dropped my car for head gasket replacement in 1/21, my car was ready for pick up on 1/26 and i went to pick up my car 1/28. I paid my service bill and then waited for my car to be driven up. Approximately 15 minutes later, I was advised that the key for my car was missing and they would have to order a replacement. It is now 1/30 and I have received no update regarding the status. Not good More

I have worked at a dealership myself in Southern California and this is the same type of service we gave there. Employees checked up on me smiled at me and offered me refreshments as I waited for a short amount of time and costs were reasonable. If I were to shop or get my car serviced I would come here.
