I've always felt quite comfortable bringing my Outback here for all of my service needs. However on my last visit (11-30) I was put off by the service dept's new method of communicating via phone texts, here for all of my service needs. However on my last visit (11-30) I was put off by the service dept's new method of communicating via phone texts, ultimately listing all my vehicle's needs, but without any descriptions. I was being asked to sign off on maintenance services from a LIST IN A TEXT!I don't know enough about cars to make sound maintenance decisions based on that type of list, without details.
