Not a great experience with your service department. The TPMS indicator issue which I brought it in to be checked and/or repaired was back on in less than 2 hours after I had picked up the vehicle. The TPMS indicator issue which I brought it in to be checked and/or repaired was back on in less than 2 hours after I had picked up the vehicle. I brought it back and Haley was able to get me a loaner car, but I should not have had to bring it back in less than 2 hours for one of the issues that I brought it in for. More

Took my Forester in for a 56,000 mile check up, updates on computer system etc… was also time for a new battery so I requested them to check and change. I never got the car I requested since they said it w on computer system etc… was also time for a new battery so I requested them to check and change. I never got the car I requested since they said it would only be an hour instead of over two which is why I wanted a loner car to begin with. Over two hours later they told me they got a failed battery signal and said they would changed it for me. When I got home my battery was CLEARLY not new. I should have checked while I was there but thought I could trust them. It Was not touched. There was also a huge black scratch across the back of my car that was not there before I brought it in. My dad had to take my car back in the next morning and spoke with the manager. He apologized and agreed that a new battery was not installed, so they then put one in. They also agreed that the scratch was not there when I brought my car in since they document that when you drop it off. They cleaned that off too but I will probably never trust to bring my car back there unfortunately. I was even considering buying a new car in the near future but will probably go elsewhere. Very unfortunate experience. More
Customer service was very lacking. Last time I was here was great but when I showed up for my most recent oil change the woman I got (I think her name was Victoria) made me feel like I Last time I was here was great but when I showed up for my most recent oil change the woman I got (I think her name was Victoria) made me feel like I was bothering her she took a personal call while dealing with me and just abandoned me to go talk on the phone/do other things unrelated to help me with my car. I was polite and let it be (just brushed it off) next time I will be looking for my normal guy Jeff who takes care of me better or ill just leave. More
This was our first service appointment and we were really impressed with the new facility and technology used. The Service Advisor was helpful and kept me updated on the progress.
