Lawrence Le was our salesperson. He was the only one out of six dealerships we visited that started with the Forester engine and safety features and proceeded to the other attributes He was the only one out of six dealerships we visited that started with the Forester engine and safety features and proceeded to the other attributes of the 2024 Forester. After we told him the features we wanted, particularly the memory driver seat, he directed us toward the Touring trim. He was very knowledgeable, and we never felt pressure to make a hurried decision. After the sale was complete, he made sure we did not leave the dealership without both our Android phones connected to the Auto Android system. He even consulted a tech person from service to help with the connection. Subaru of Gwinnett has a clean and bright showroom with no loud music. We visited the service department and toured the entire facility. We accepted the trade in allowance which we felt was fair and also negotiated a fair price. Susan, the sales manager on duty, the day we first visited was very knowledgeable as well and Tim, the finance agent, walked us through the payment process with ease. I highly recommend Subaru of Gwinnett and the 2024 Forester Touring. Three days after our purchase, we made a trip to Gatlinburg and had to go over the Smokies. Our adaptive cruise control was perfect on the climb and the descent. I barely had to use the brakes. Once we got the hang of it, we used the adaptive cruise control whenever we could. More

They were wonderful when I was considering and finally purchasing a vehicle from there. There was an issue with a missing and correct headrests, which they had promised would be replaced as quickly as pos purchasing a vehicle from there. There was an issue with a missing and correct headrests, which they had promised would be replaced as quickly as possible. I still do not have the headrests. 15 days later. They have not been ordered, One was supposed to be brought in yesterday 3/23/24 and I was to be called to pick it up, but I waited all day without a call. Up to this point my sales person always responded quickly but since I purchased the car she isn't calling, I have to reach out to her, and still no information on when this issue will be resolved. I transport my dogs to the vet and need the headrests to attach their car seats and safety harnesses. I have had to cancel their vet appointment because of not having the headrests. This is totally unacceptable. More
