Wait time was much longer than previously experienced (over 2 1/2 hours for just a regular service..oil change, tire rotation, etc). No explanation given during the wait. He tried to make amends, but I was disappointed that the customer service was not what it had been in the past....even in the brand new facility. More

I scheduled my appointment to get 4 new tires and front end alignment over 2 week prior to 8-10-2023. I was assured that the tires would be ordered and ready for my appointment. Upon arrival I was told that the tires had not been ordered and the person that I made the initial appointment with, Frank was no longer in that department. I was told I could get the next higher priced tires which cost me a 100.00 more. Being a senior citizen on a fixed income means that I need to stay on a budget! I asked about being given the price of the tires that were supposed to have been ordered and was quickly told "no". This was the dealership's mistake and I am the one who paid for the mistake! More

We spent some time in the Sales area, where Matt Buckles introduced himself and answered a number of questions we had about a future purchase of another Forester. We were VERY impressed with the new facility! Well done! Also, plz know that there are two Subaru dealerships closer to us in Buckhead, but we will continue to visit Subaru of Gwinnett based on our history of excellent service! More

Brought my 2017 Outback for full brake service after 85,000 miles, and although the service took a long time at over four hours, I'm happy that the results will keep me safe on the road for a long time 85,000 miles, and although the service took a long time at over four hours, I'm happy that the results will keep me safe on the road for a long time to come. My service advisor, Tuan Nguyen, did a great job of keeping me advised numerous times during the wait to let me know how the job was going. I wish all my service advisors were like Tuan. I'll be glad to visit the dealer again for my next service. More
