Subaru of Gwinnett has repeatedly helped me both when I had problems with my Subaru and when I needed normal maintenance. I would encourage Subaru of Gwinnett to maintain a longer history of work done on my car. I have a 2013 Subaru and find that when they moved to their new database they did not transfer over all the data records on my car's service. Many Subaru owners keep their cars more than 10 years, so a complete database from the time of purchase up to the present is necessary to know the true history of the car. More
The facility is really nice. There are different areas for different purposes such as quiet area, kids area, etc. The only comment I have is that communication could be improved. Service was great as usual but I did not care for the waiting area which felt like a bus station waiting area.
