My service agent, Tuan, was very friendly and professional in handling my needs. However, I've waited for about 3 hours for the service to complete, which is not acceptable! professional in handling my needs. I don't know if it is an ownership change or just an upgrade but the facilities being sleek is just one small part of how this unit has changed. As a West Coast transplant to the Atlanta area, I've upgrade but the facilities being sleek is just one small part of how this unit has changed. As a West Coast transplant to the Atlanta area, I've visited Stivers,Classic,Gwinnett and Troncall in the last 5 years and I felt that only Classic got Subaru, the brand. The others were a car dealership first that just happened to sell Subarus. This recent service visit after a couple of years ( Had both a service visit as well as a trade-in attempt), I think this attitude is in the past at Subaru of Gwinnett. I hope this continues. More
Driving into the New Subaru of Gwinnett dealership and service center felt like being embraced by a warm hug from my grandma while smelling freshly made pasta. The new service center with its new wheel al service center felt like being embraced by a warm hug from my grandma while smelling freshly made pasta. The new service center with its new wheel alignment machine you just drive over, WOW. And you can't leave without checking out the new restrooms.........uhhhhnbelievable. Despite the completion of my car service, I felt compelled to view all the new vehicle models in the showroom, and all of my questions were answered by a very nice sales person. As management gently persuaded me back to my vehicle, I promised each of them, "I would return to Subaru of Gwinnett for my next car service." They all laughed a little and reminded me of how little miles my car had and that it would be at least a year before I should return. Side note: Maria with the cleaning staff helped us with a small spill at the coffee machine, and she was a delight to talk with. Great service, beautiful facility, well done. 5 stars all around. Sincerely, Subaru owners husband;) More

Last experience was excellent, this time not so much I was greeted fairly quickly on the service drive, but then sat in my car over 10 minutes waiting for an advisor( I had an appointment) The service ti was greeted fairly quickly on the service drive, but then sat in my car over 10 minutes waiting for an advisor( I had an appointment) The service time was fair, however my inspection report made me second guess the dealership. I was sent a report that stated both my engine air filter and cabin air filter needed replaced and it was "critical" Seeing the words critical would strike fear into someone who didnt know cars that well I grew up working in a shop and previously was the lead service advisor at a large Toyota dealership. I understand upselling and its importance. But when I would approach a customer for a filter replacement I would normally bring the filter to them and show them why I recommended replacement. I personally replaced both the engine and cabin filters 3 weeks prior to my visit. I actually purchased the cabin filter at your dealership as an aftermarket filter was not available locally. I told my advisor the original filters lasted 35,000 miles and I found it hard to believe that these were bad in 3 weeks. He didnt have an explanation an escorted me to my car. I thought about asking for the manager, but I need to get to another appointment. I wonder if this email will lead to someone reaching out More
