Very frustrating experience. Made an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation . 2 hours later I find my car sitting in the bay , washed . No one let me know it was ready . If I could leave no stars I would. I moved to Gwinnett recently and came in for a simple oil change and was told I needed two major repairs totaling over $4k and was shown photos of th I moved to Gwinnett recently and came in for a simple oil change and was told I needed two major repairs totaling over $4k and was shown photos of the "broken" parts on my car. I went home and the next day attempted to schedule an appointment for the work to be done but could not get anyone to help me. They insisted I had to talk with a specific person but that person would not call me back to schedule. After 4 days I called Subaru of Decatur and they got me in same day. They did a full inspection and discovered the "broken" parts were completely fine and compared the photos from the previous inspection and found that they were not even of my vehicle. Subaru Gwinnett is absolutely scamming people. If you need a new Subaru or work done make the slightly longer drive down to Strivers Subaru in Decatur. They have taken great care of us and our car since we bought it and even though it's a further drive now we will absolutely be making because it's worth it. More

Outstanding customer service from a very helpful representative. The facility is outstanding, clean and very comfortable. One item that needs attention. The mechanic's assessment of the vehicle problem being the transmission was inaccurate, resulting in failure to repair the issue despite my initial suggestion about the source of the problem being a bad wheel bearing. Upon my return to Virginia, a local dealer properly identified the bad rear wheel bearing and repaired the problem. The nice outcome is I received a new transmission under warranty. More

Sales person was great, no pressure, sold us just what we wanted. The Legacy that we purchased was thoroughly researched and so far we are not disappointed. At the time of purchase, Subaru of Gwinnett did wanted. The Legacy that we purchased was thoroughly researched and so far we are not disappointed. At the time of purchase, Subaru of Gwinnett did not jerk us around with additional fees nor load up the car with a bunch of features that we did not want. My only disappointment came in the form of an extended warranty offer for purchase that was sprung on us. Although not enough to lower my rating, I still wish we had known about this ahead of time to allow for a well thought out decision. More
