Came in for 18,000 mile service on 2021 Outback. I had an appointment but the wait was extremely long. They didn't contact me during the wait time to let me know how it was going or why it was tak I had an appointment but the wait was extremely long. They didn't contact me during the wait time to let me know how it was going or why it was taking so long. They did apologize for the long wait. I drive 160 miles round trip from my home to this dealership. I have purchased three new Subaru vehicles from this dealership and have always returned there for service and repairs. I believe the "customer interface" could be improved especially when the wait time is so long. I gave you four stars. The new facility is immaculate and laid out well, employees are polite and professional.... and the complimentary snack area was well stocked and organized. More
