IFYOU’RE NOT IN A HURRY, THE SERVICE IS GREAT. WAS TOLD 1.5 HOURS WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION, BUT WAS THERE FOR 3 HOURS, WAITING ON THE QUEUE. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO SEE A SCREEN SHOWING THE WOR WAS TOLD 1.5 HOURS WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION, BUT WAS THERE FOR 3 HOURS, WAITING ON THE QUEUE. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO SEE A SCREEN SHOWING THE WORK QUEUE AND ESTIMATED START/FINISH TIMES FOR THE CAR. LOTS OF SNACKS AND DRINK. LIMITED SEATING, BUT, THAT WILL CHANGE WITH THE NEW BUILDING. NICE THAT YOU WASH THE CAR, BUT IF YOU’RE GOING TO OFFER THAT SERVICE, YOU SHOULD WIPE DOWN THE INSIDE EDGE OF THE DOORS, AND CLEAN THE WHEEL RIMS, AND WIPE DOWN THE HOOD TO ELIMINATE ANY GREASE FROM THE SERVICE.
