The rep was the WORST! He lied repeatedly. Made up things that he didn't understand from the service tech's analysis. I called repeatedly to get update on my car on the He lied repeatedly. I was told he was there and would call me back right away. After calling ALL day I was finally told he was off and I had to wait 2 more days for my car. The multi point inspection missed a burnt out headlight that they had the nerve to try and charge me for after I had to make an additional trip to the dealership. He is condescending to women (Little Lady. Please!!). Can't trust him at all! I loved this dealership until this experience. Would have continued going there for all my car service and probably bought my next car there as well. More

I continue to be amazed by the level of service that this Subaru location delivers. When my saw a fairly substantial puddle of what appeared to be motor oil under the car my first call was to Subaru on an e Subaru location delivers. When my saw a fairly substantial puddle of what appeared to be motor oil under the car my first call was to Subaru on an early Monday morning. They brought it in to the shop, provided a loaner, diagnosed a faulty washer, fixed it and returned it all the same day. I drove Lexus for 20+ years and I worried about giving up that service standard. Happy to say I haven't given up anything. Love my Subaru, will drive the extra miles to bring it back for service to the Gwinnett location I bought it from. More
