Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Excellent Service Department Gabe,, Mike M. and Mike B. were great! An oil change and recall, along with a hand wash, took less than 30 minutes. Wheel alignment, oil change, complimentary car wash, free lu I called a scheduled a wheel alignment for my wife’s Forester since Costco doesn’t do wheel alignments. When I got there Danny said he would check but I called a scheduled a wheel alignment for my wife’s Forester since Costco doesn’t do wheel alignments. When I got there Danny said he would check but the wheel alignment might be under warranty which it was. While there I noticed that the oil needed to be changed and that too was under the warranty and did it the same time as the wheel alignment. They also gave the car a complimentary car wash and there was a food truck out front with free lunches for clients. So an overall very good experience.. More
