I dealt with 3 other dealerships on the day before I visited Subaru of Jacksonville and all they wanted to do was up-sell me. I experienced the usual sales "double-speak" and high-pressure tactics; but with SOJAX it was the complete opposite. Mr. Porter (the owner) greeted me as I arrived, introduced me to Josh and from there on I was treated exactly the way I want to be treated. It is too bad that all automobile dealerships do not treat their customers as well as SOJAX. I highly recommend them, and I will be doing business with them again in the future. As for the car itself--this is the first Subaru I have ever owned and now I understand why Subaru owners are the most brand-loyal people you'll ever meet! It is true what they---love is what makes a Subaru a Subaru--if you drive one, you will buy one! More

I contacted him via email, and unlike other dealerships the 3 cars he quoted were not all already sold, so very honest. He had two cars ready to test drive when we arrived, was helpful but not at all pushy. The next day I called to say I wanted to buy the car, he took my credit app over the phone and it was approved in 2 minutes I think (maybe that was Chase's excellent service too). When we arrived at the dealership the car was being washed. Our financing manager was Phil Porter and he was very pleasant and helpful, again knowledgeable but not pushy in any way. I think the whole process including a full tank of gas was under an hour. I had read reviews on 6 different models, tons of Jacksonville dealerships and I think the Subaru Legacy was just the best choice. I even called service departments and Subaru again was just so helpful and pleasant. The Legacy has a very smooth drive even compared to my old BMW convertible, nice features, great price. I've bought probably 10 cars in my lifetime and this was one of the best experiences, More
