I did a ton of research online, knew what i wanted to pay on the car. I had initially made contact with Josh through the internet sales. When i came in to take a test drive and buy the car i was given the fa on the car. I had initially made contact with Josh through the internet sales. When i came in to take a test drive and buy the car i was given the fair price i was looking for without any hassle. Josh was very friend and down-to-earth. I didn't feel like he was trying any car sales "tricks" on me or anything. Just straight to the point not wasting either of our time. He followed up with me after the sale and held on to some items i had left in my old car (trade) and reminded me that they were in his possession even after i had forgotten myself. Overall i was very happy with my experience at Subaru of Jacksonville and with Josh. This was my second Subaru and when i go to look for my third i will be sure to look up Josh at Subaru of Jacksonville. More

Even as we negotiated the price, my husband and I felt Jerry and the business manager were truthful and forthright. A couple of days after the sale, Jerry, took the time to take me around to the service department and introduce many of the personnel to me. I LOVE MY NEW CAR! Buying a car from Jerry Johnson was like working with a family friend/father figure.
