Oil change I needed and oil change and 6month check up. I am always impressed with the speed, efficiency and professionalism of this dealership. Once my 2 year I needed and oil change and 6month check up. I am always impressed with the speed, efficiency and professionalism of this dealership. Once my 2 years warranty expires I will continue to come here even though it is a 30 minute drive. They have earned my trust. More

Jennifer at Subaru of Jacksonville has been more than just helpful, she see through that customers are taken care of. I’ve had quite a few inconveniences with my Outback, but every time Jennifer has swif just helpful, she see through that customers are taken care of. Excellent service, communication, and results. I’ve driven many cars over the years - some super premium brands and some “regular” cars... and none have compared overall to the excellence that is t I’ve driven many cars over the years - some super premium brands and some “regular” cars... and none have compared overall to the excellence that is the Subarus I drive and the service I get from Subaru of Jax. They care... they get it done... they communicate well...and they exceed expectations. If they say an hour, it’s 40 minutes. If they say it’s $100, it’s $80. Years ago, I drove Mercedes cars. The regular 10k mile service on Mercedes was free under warranty... until they changed their program. Then they went to the ABC rotation - and your A service is $500 (an oil change) and your B service is $1000 (an oil change and tire rotation). At Subaru, the service is $100-200 (and free with purchased maintenance plans). Incidentally, I forgot I had the maint plain when I had this car serviced the last time - and they reminded me this time and are going to refund what I paid six months ago. That’s service and commitment to ethical business practices. The technology on my car is second to none. Eyesight is quite literally an active accident prevention system - that works. I’m beyond pleased with my Subaru cars - and with the service I get here. More
