Great service We are just moving into the area and needed our 12000 mile service. I called to make a service appointment and was told to bring it in. Gabriel Mulke We are just moving into the area and needed our 12000 mile service. I called to make a service appointment and was told to bring it in. Gabriel Mulkey was fantastic. He met us at our car and then showed us around the dealership. Service was fast and the waiting area was comfortable , clean and had great snacks. Best Service Visit Ever! Went in for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. Met at the car by service tech - got everything they needed from my VIN number - no forms to Went in for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. Met at the car by service tech - got everything they needed from my VIN number - no forms to fill out/sign. Battery failed a test and was replaced on warranty. Advised that engine air filter should also be changed, as it had been 18,000 miles. Full vehicle inspection was done, plus the above work and a free carwash. Start to finish it took 35 minutes. Absolutely awesome customer-focused operation. More

Service - 1st Visit - Exceptional Bought a 2019 Outback that came with the two year service coverage. First time visit ever and set a 7:30am appointment to get it out of the way and j Bought a 2019 Outback that came with the two year service coverage. First time visit ever and set a 7:30am appointment to get it out of the way and just in case it took longer as I had no idea what to expect. They advised 45 minutes upon arrival, for a 6,000 mile service (oil change, tire rotation, visual inspection, and, a car wash), came out at 8:15am, showed me the inspection form and went over it, they reminded me it's got synthetic oil in it and to stick with that should I go elsewhere, and I was on my way. It can't get any easier than that. More
