All I thought I needed was an oil change, but it turned out that my battery also neede I always take my Outback to Subaru of Jacksonville for service. All I thought I needed was an oil change, but it turned out that my battery also needed to be replaced. They looked into it and saw that I was still under warranty, so it was replaced at no charge. I also appreciate the courtesy wash. The staff was friendly, and the waiting room is always clean and has plenty of amenities. I was able to plug in my laptop and work while I waited. More

Excellent Service! I came to have my oil changed and tires/rotated and my car battery was dead (or so I thought). This was the quickest service I have ever had at a Suba I came to have my oil changed and tires/rotated and my car battery was dead (or so I thought). This was the quickest service I have ever had at a Subaru dealership. I have been to the Savannah and Orange Park dealerships, and have literally had to wait for hours for an oil change. Ridiculous! All the employees I dealt with were extremely personable and helpful. I will be back. Thanks so much! More
