My service visit I had service today on my 2016 Subaru Outback because of a faulty battery. I was upset because my car did not start on two separate days. I want to commend Steven because he took the time to explain the situation to us and said he would be able to fix the problem. Steven was knowledgrable, courteous and personable. He reassured me several times the problem would be resolved and it was. Steven is a great asset and representative of your company, We told him we were concerned about leasing a 2019 Forester because of the battery issue and he assured me that the problem was resolved and now because of Steven we will be visiting Subaru of Jacksonville shortly to speak to our great salesman, Juan Hernandez.
