Saved from a hurricane Right before hurricane Irma was due to hit Jacksonville, my Outback broke down. I was stressed due to being deployed for the storm, so I called Steven Right before hurricane Irma was due to hit Jacksonville, my Outback broke down. I was stressed due to being deployed for the storm, so I called Steven Wall in service. I told Steven my problem and he sent a tow truck right over to pick it up. Steven got my car in and diagnosed before he himself had to leave for the storm. Once I got back from working in the storm and the power came back Steven helped me out with a courtesy car to use while my car was being worked on. I didn't miss any time at my job and he kept me up to date on everything that was wrong on my car. I am indebted to him for all his help and concern for keeping me and my family on the road. More

Great Service Dept. Our car, which is only 6 months old got a nail in the sidewall of one of the tires. Going the Extra Mile! Just moved to JAX and took car in with slow tire leak Friday mid afternoon of Labor Day weekend. Didn't buy the car there and this was my first visit.
