I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing poor customer service I have experienced at Subaru Las Vegas, NV, particularly at the auto service department. Unfortunately, this i with the ongoing poor customer service I have experienced at Subaru Las Vegas, NV, particularly at the auto service department. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident, but the service I received on May 30, 2025, was by far the worst and has raised serious safety concerns. Previously, I had my tires rotated at this location, and unknowingly, the service team failed to reinstall two lug nuts and studs on the front driver-side tire. I only became aware of this issue when I ran over a nail and took my vehicle to Costco Tire Service, where my tires are under warranty. Costco was unable to perform the repair due to the missing lug nuts and studs, and they strongly advised I get this issue resolved before proceeding. I contacted Subaru Las Vegas to schedule a repair, and on May 30, I arrived for the appointment. I was assisted by Mikey Rocha III, an Express Service Advisor, who recommended a full tire replacement, claiming the tire was unrepairable. I informed him that since my tire was still under warranty at Costco, I preferred to have the replacement done there. After several hours of waiting, Mikey Rocha III returned and told me the issue had been resolved — that their axle technician had added a lug nut and the job was complete. Trusting this information, I drove to Costco Tire Center expecting to proceed with the replacement. However, I was shocked when the Costco staff informed me that two lug nuts and studs were still damaged, and they deemed the vehicle unsafe to drive, recommending that it be towed. Because of this negligence, I was forced to have my vehicle towed from Costco and incurred extra charges due to the distance. More importantly, I had unknowingly driven a potentially dangerous vehicle on the freeway — a situation that could have ended tragically. I am beyond frustrated with the deception and negligence shown by the Subaru Las Vegas service team. Instead of resolving the issue responsibly, they provided false assurances, put my safety at risk, and caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. I am seriously considering legal action, as what happened was not only a violation of professional standards, but also a matter of personal safety and accountability. We knew before going in that this dealership had their xxxx together. We had a prior experience with the service department. Perfect score with the service dept .
