Was able to walk the lot without a bunch of sales guys lurking and trying to sell me the first car I looked at. Walked in and was greeted by Coco. I expressed interest in test driving a WRX and STI. He took the time to explain the differences betwixt the two. I was able to drive them both and had explained to Coco that I was not ready to buy that evening. When I got back from the test drives Coco had printed up a sheet explaining the price of the car, the different packages and what the monthly payment would be with APR and different amounts of a down payment. I wasn't given the whole song and dance about "what do you want your payment to be". I coordinated with Coco the next business day and went down and was able to get in, purchase the same WRX I had test drove. At the time of purchase I was shown the features and everything. Again, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Coco is a majestic unicorn and he should be considered a xxxx national treasure in the car sale industry. Additionally Megan and Andrea reached out to me via email to make sure my experience was good. They're also awesome, but not unicorn level like Coco only because Coco's smile is just a delight and takes me back to a simpler time where everyone word was bond. Don't get me wrong, I bet Andrea and Megan have nice smiles but I just don't know. And I feel like my relationship with Subaru of Las Vegas needs to be built on trust, you know? From the first oil change, the service department treated me like family, always finding discounts where they could and helping me keep my car as long as possible. At one point I was looking at a massive repair, and the guys were able to cover a lot of it with a loyalty program through Subaru corporate. They had every reason to push me to buy something new, but they understood my love for my old Subie and gave me the best gift. So when it came time to finally upgrade this year, I knew exactly where my next car was coming from. Working with Coco on the sales side was a great experience, as he spent tons of time talking me through options, test driving, crafting an excellent deal and comforting me as I tearfully traded in my Impreza. I truly believe my old car will be revamped with care and given a sweet second chapter, and my new Outback is everything I hoped for. Coming into this dealership is a pleasure, for Subaru's approach to service on the company level, and because this particular crew is awesome. More

Endless Excuses After purchasing a new WRX from SLV, any service trip is a headache despite paying for all the extended warranty items. Visit 1: I was told that I After purchasing a new WRX from SLV, any service trip is a headache despite paying for all the extended warranty items. Visit 1: I was told that I couldn’t purchase one new tire and had to replace all four because uneven wear would damage the differentials. Once they found out they were paying for the tire, they could all of a sudden only replace one. Visit 2: I asked them to look at a slow leak in a tire. They marked the tire and again said I had to replace all four. I decided to have the tire repaired and they did and oil change and a “tire rotation” however the marked tire stayed in the same place. Visit 3: Went to replace all four tires and was told my Equity Shield wouldn’t cover them due to wear. After showing them that two tires had nails in them and they said they cannot replace tires due to wear. This is our third consecutive new Subaru and, because of the service headache at SLV, unfortunately our last. More

There was another gentleman that kept us company wish I could remember his name. Also they were suppose to show me how to use the gadgets on the car I waited but they wanted to leave.
