Jesse, the finance person was a jerk. When I asked for the certificate of seven year warranty for the powertrain, he pointed to the inspection list and said that was it. When I pressed him for the certificate of seven year warranty, he refused to give it to me and then made a big deal out of printing it out for me.. He also made a big deal out of my refusal for the bumper-to-bumper seven year warranty, asking why not. it was not a good way to treat a new owner. John Caddy was easy to deal with. More
