he was very very courteous and professional. My Subaru has had frequent information problems. Now it is saying tires are worn and need replacing - TWO DAYS after its check-up with you. Needless to say, another computer glitch, one of many with my Subaru. I like it but would not readily buy another car which has repeated computer problems that never get resolved. More
