Everything is great We have never owned a Subaru before, and everything from sales to service has been great since our purchase about 6-7 months ago. Since the purchase we have visited the service department twice for scheduled maintenance, and neither time did it take even one hour, and that was without an appointment (granted, both times I arrived early, but that still amazes me).
