Victoria had been phenomenal! I was blessed to have been given 2 awesome people to assist me for my Subaru Service. First it was Randall months ago and then there's Victoria who went above and beyond making given 2 awesome people to assist me for my Subaru Service. First it was Randall months ago and then there's Victoria who went above and beyond making sure that I went home happy and satisfied. I know from a person who also gives CARE and help people out by profession but it meant a whole new thing being the recipient and experiencing an outstanding service. Just upgraded from a 2020 Crosstrek to a 2021 Crosstrek from the bigger engine. During both buying experiences, Mike (now a manager) and Kostas were excellent and a big help. Terrible experience. Sales person made verbal commitments that were not honored. Asked mgt to honor commitment even though not in writing, although made last lease payment that wasn’t in contract..
