This was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. It felt like this dealership cared more about making money than taking care of its customers. Not to mention initial hiccups were annoying in itself. It felt like this dealership cared more about making money than taking care of its customers. Not to mention initial hiccups were annoying in itself. I brought my vehicle in with an extended warranty and expected to pay my deductible for covered repairs. Instead, I was charged two hours of diagnostic fees and was even told I could be charged more. I authorized the recommended repairs, yet I was still expected to pay diagnostic charges on top of everything else. The entire process left me feeling like customer satisfaction came second to maximizing the bill. There was very little effort to work with me or stand behind the service, despite the amount of work I approved. I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and taken advantage of. I won’t be returning, and I would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions about diagnostic charges before leaving their vehicle here. Based on my experience, this dealership prioritizes revenue over treating customers fairly. More
