Delivered! My experience working with Alex couldn't have been better. I walked in the building and his was the first desk, lucky me. He was obviously in the middle of something but asked how he could help me. After a few questions he left what he was doing to help me. In the end when my car was delivered it was exactly what I was expecting. Even though it was late in the evening Alex walked me through all the safety and fun features of the car. I made a reference that if I needed to I could reference the manual. His response..."yes, there is a manual, here in the glovebox...but call me, consider me your manual". More
