Delivered! My experience working with Alex couldn't have been better. I walked in the building and his was the first desk, lucky me. He was obviously in the midd My experience working with Alex couldn't have been better. I walked in the building and his was the first desk, lucky me. He was obviously in the middle of something but asked how he could help me. After a few questions he left what he was doing to help me. In the end when my car was delivered it was exactly what I was expecting. Even though it was late in the evening Alex walked me through all the safety and fun features of the car. I made a reference that if I needed to I could reference the manual. His response..."yes, there is a manual, here in the glovebox...but call me, consider me your manual". More

Friendly Service The greeter, who was the first person to talk to us when we took our Forester in for service, met us with a smile and a positive attitude. We told hi The greeter, who was the first person to talk to us when we took our Forester in for service, met us with a smile and a positive attitude. We told him who our service representative was that that we did have an appointment. He kindly asked us to wait inside and informed us that the service rep would be along soon. When Steve showed up he professionally asked us if there were any additional items that we needed checked out and told us an estimated time we would have to wait. Everything was taken care of and we had time to do a little shopping in the shops across the road. Merry Christmas! More
