Second, the salesperson was too busy to check us out on the operation of the vehicle and told us to return to be checked out. Third, I called to make an appointment to be checked out, left a message on the phone with another employee who said he would let the salesperson know about my call. It is now a week later and I have not received a call. I am also returning for recall service and staff said they had to know what the recall was for although I told them what my model and year was.
