Let me share my experience with Subaru Pembroke Pines. I own a 2017 Subaru that has 30K miles. The AC started blowing hot air so I called the dealership. At first the told me that there was a recall and tha own a 2017 Subaru that has 30K miles. The AC started blowing hot air so I called the dealership. At first the told me that there was a recall and that the next appointment was in two weeks. After speaking with a Manager and asking for a loaner they told me to take it in the next day. It turns out that in addition to the recall part, there was another issue which was covered by my extended warranty. However, they charged me a diagnostic fee of $150. I disputed the charge with Joe, the Service Rep., to no avail. So I ask, is it good business? Not in my book, not only will I never again get a Subaru, I will not recommend the car nor the Pembroke Pines dealership service to anyone! More

Shady is an understatement. Unprofessional, slimy, underhanded and dishonest. Don’t expect anyone there to honor their word. Also, plan on paying 1,000 plus for a new tag. Put a deposit down, they backed out of the deal, lied and said they “accidentally“ sold the car to someone else. It’s still sitting at their sister dealership and listed online for sale with a price change. Poor business, lack of ethics, and straight up liars! STILL don't have my deposit back. Have contacted FL dep of ag and consumer service and consulting an attorney. Avoid them at all costs. More
