I had scheduled an appointment for a recall on my Subaru. They had informed me when I made the appointment it would take 2-2.5 hours to complete. Once I got there they let me know that it was going to take They had informed me when I made the appointment it would take 2-2.5 hours to complete. Once I got there they let me know that it was going to take 3-4 hours. No problem. Three hours later I gave them a call to get a status. "Sorry your service rep is not available and probably on lunch." Again no problem I will wait. So I call an hour later "Sorry your service rep is not available". So I asked if anyone can provide any updates. "Sorry only your service rep can provide a status." This is hour four and the time I should be picking up my car. Two hours later after two additional calls with the same response my car is now ready for pickup, So my car was there a total of 6 hours and not a soul called me to inform me it would be delayed or that it was ready for pickup. Based on what I wrote above you can come up with your own conclusion. More

I had to call to verify arrival of the part needed. I was then told that I would get a phone letting me know about the part arrival. It was a text that I received and then I had to call to schedule the repla then told that I would get a phone letting me know about the part arrival. I was at the dealer waiting on this service for 3 hours which is not an issue until this past weekend I lowered the window to find that it has the same issue.
