The worst experience in my life. Before I purchase my Subaru 2020 Legacy I did my research and it stated it was one of the safest cars on the road. Well that a lie. My car is less th Before I purchase my Subaru 2020 Legacy I did my research and it stated it was one of the safest cars on the road. Well that a lie. My car is less than 3 years old, and the car completed shut off on me at the light. I called Subaru roadside service and it took them 3 hours to tow my car to the dealership. Please note I was stuck on the side of the road for 3 hours for the dispatcher to say he don't care I'm a woman that is stuck on the side of the road. He hung up on me serval times as well very rude. So, I finally got my car tow to Subaru service dept. For the mechanic and the service advisor to tell me because I jump start the car it caused the fuse to blow and the battery to die. Which was not the case. I never jump started my car and like I stated before the car shut off on me at the light. So, I told them I didn't jump start my car and the towing company just tow my car, but he proceeds to keep repeating the same thing. So, I ask them so what you saying I'm lying. I had to call my friend which is a mechanic and then the story changes. Now the story is something to do with auto start. So, at this point I feel as if they didn't do their job by repairing my car no research was done. I feel it was a rush job and I really don't feel safe in this car. My car should not have this type of major issues it less than 3 years old. Oh, to top it off I was as the service department about 2 weeks ago because the check engine light came on....I can go on and on.. As you can see this car has been nothing but a pain for me. More
