Don't listen to customer - incompetent check out Dropped my car off for a recall and also an oil change and tire rotation. I told the customer service technician this is ALL I could afford at the ti Dropped my car off for a recall and also an oil change and tire rotation. I told the customer service technician this is ALL I could afford at the time due to hospital expenses. I purchased the tires from the dealership which entitles me to free tire rotations. An hour later I was called telling me I needed a new battery and new engine and cabin filters. Dealerships are infamous for pushing unneeded services. Of course the servies were declined. When I picked up my vehicle I paid and left. I looked at the invoice a little later and they had charged me for the tire rotation. Returning to the dealership they credited my card and when I was handing the receipt they had credited the wrong account!!!!! Unbelieveable. This was back in September and here we are in November and my battery is still operational without any issues. This is the second bad encounter with this dealership. I will NEVER return to the Port Richey Subaru. If another recall is issued I will drive 30 miles further to a dealership not owned by Lokey! More

Negotiations were a bit stressful, but after several trips to the sales manager, I was happy with our deal. My fault was I did NOT look close enough at the financing deal and the rate I signed for was higher than I thought was agreed. Overall the service was great and except for me not catching the rate difference on my loan I am very happy with the car. More
