The Dealership reached out to me to book a service appointment, which I did make for Sat at 9:30am, I have the conforming email to prove I had an appointment. I brought the car in, worked with the ad appointment, which I did make for Sat at 9:30am, I have the conforming email to prove I had an appointment. I brought the car in, worked with the advisor to get an oil change and tire rotation, the advisor could not find the appointment but assured me it was not a big deal. After waiting an hour, I noticed my car had not moved from its spot and did not even see the inside of the shop. I had the advisor check the status and he reported there was still 1 more in front of me, I asked for the car back, the advisor brought me back the car and said I should have had a "real" appointment I confirmed that I did and all I got from him was an eye roll and "sorry dude", I asked for the store to contact me and and I'm still waiting to hear from them. Update: got a call from the service manager he left a message, when I returned his call later that day I was told he was out of town at a car convention for a week. So issue in not resolved or even addressed. More

Justin and the service dept did a great job diagnosing the rear end humming noise on my 2020 Outback.
