Great Sales Slow Finance Everything about my experience was great except for waiting on finance. I'm not sure why it took us so long to get in because I once in I wasn't in there long. I went to the dealership knowing the exact car I wanted and yet I was there over 6 hours. Most of that time was waiting for finance. Also, the sales consultants that didn't have anyone to help hung out in the front which is fine. My problem is that a couple of them were also smoking out front. From a professional standpoint that is a big no no. There is a big area behind the building, I'm sure a spot could be found for a designated smoking area. More
