Last Monday I contacted an excellent sales manager named Philip Barker who informed me that the vehicle was located at a different partner location to where he was physically located, but that it would be his pleasure to have it transported for me on the day of my visit. Fast forward to today. I arrived to a full house at Subaru of Port Richey. My family of four was immediately greeted by Curt, who happened to be the sales associate that handled our purchase. We had special needs, because we have 2 children under 2 years of age. Daughter is 5 months, son is 1.5. Everyone at the dealer is super friendly. Philip and Curt went above and beyond to keep my family comfortable during what ended up being a very lengthy process. I went there pre approved from my bank. They made sure that I got the best interest rate possible, the best price on the vehicle, and the highest trade value for my previous vehicle. I also got an outstanding extended warranty, and Lokey offers FREE OIL CHANGES FOR LiFE of vehicle ownership. Couldn't be happier with my experience.
