Had a new battery installed and the tech didn’t even clean the corrosion but splattered it. I didn’t look at the battery until I got home to show it to my husband so I called the service rep and informe clean the corrosion but splattered it. I didn’t look at the battery until I got home to show it to my husband so I called the service rep and informed her that the tech did a bad job replacing my battery. He left a mess that my husband had to clean up. The service rep told me she would bring this to his attention and I appreciate that. More

I honestly new nothing about Subaru before coming in. I was only coming to look and get information. Raul Martin was so generous with his time and knolegable about each vehicle .
