Like a caption of salvation he not only found me a new car but my wife as well. No wall was to high no problem to big for this man and his heroic sales manager Kirk to take down. I brought my 2020 Subaru Outback Limited into Lokey Subaru on 12/01/2021 for Required Service. I also had a Warranty issue with a defective seam on the Leather Passenger seat which has split open. My service Advisor, Austin Delibert, told me that the Defect in my Leather Seat was not covered by my new Vehicle Warranty. He gave me a price of $620 for an out of pocket repair. I found nothing in the Warranty Booklet that said that this defect was not covered. More
