As a customer I value great service, and that is what I received. Spencer is the best! I have honestly meaning to reach to Subaru about his helpfulness and willingness to do the right thing for his custome received. Spencer is the best! My car had less than 30,000 miles on it and was burning oil at an alarming rate. He went out of his way to insure that I was treated as a customer should be treated! I think the service has been excellent, and the service writers are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional but the volume of the music in the waiting area is unbearably loud and there is nowhere to get a writers are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional but the volume of the music in the waiting area is unbearably loud and there is nowhere to get away from it as it is blasting outdoors as well. During the winter, I sat on a curb at the far end of the lot and used my hot spot to answer work email. On my most recent visit, it was suggested that I wait in the old building; however, a number of workers were in there. This is a very uncomfortable situation and it makes me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. More

Went in to SPR to get our front windows tinted and the cage/separator installed. I was in and out within two hours. They even washed it and got rid of some sticky stuff on the hood.
