The 2 other places I went gave me quotes in writing. I understand he didn’t know if there was internal damage done . However, I was able to get information elsewhere price without and price range if they had to do more. The two other quotes were less than the verbal questamation. I love Lokey dealership and always give it a 5 stars. The service department is phenomenal and the sales team are honest ,reliable and always there fir you. I highly recommend them for everything . Not sure about the body shop. This was the first unfavorable interaction with them. More

I was told by service advisor I need a new head unit. I also said I’m having an issue with the USB port below aswell. The service advisor saw the head unit reboot and said I would need a new one. When I was leaving I asked him if this has ever happened before. He said no I’ve never seen it before. I question the need to replace at this point. He also sounded annoyed by doing his job and getting me my part ASAP. “I have to make a 45 minute call” I have a car that does not work correctly. Sorry you need to fix it. I feel like anytime I walk into a lokey dealership they are trying to sell me. I am a consumer who has purchased 2 cars and my family has purchased a few. I don’t see why I would want to continue to do business with them. The follow up is terrible. Service is amateurish at best and sales is typical car sales bs. Nothing separates this dealer from the rest and will be looking into reeves Subaru for my next car purchase. More
My service advisor was Merlyn she took her time explained everything and while car was in service manager Brian kept her informed as well as as me first time I had Merlyn and she was so pleasant she made me everything and while car was in service manager Brian kept her informed as well as as me first time I had Merlyn and she was so pleasant she made me feel very comfortable and went more than beyond everyone at Subaru is great More
