The service writer I had was not very friendly. I came in for warranty work. It almost seems if a customer spends money he gets the red carpet treatment. If you don’t spend money it a cold goodbye. The service number was left hanging on my rear view mirror. I had to get out of my car and bring it back to the service writer. I was in and out within an hour. That was nice.
