Very convenient and friendly personnel. I had bought tires last year and one had a slow leak. I took it to Lexus several times and all they did was fill it w air. I went for test drives of both Outback Limited and the XT models. Chris Baird suggested I drive both models to see the difference. I decided on the XT, but the color I wanted was not in stock. Chris located the exact one I was looking for and had it for me the next day, We negotiated a price for my trade in. To seal the deal, Chris threw in a few amenities. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and determined to make the deal work. When I returned 5 days later with some minor cosmetic concerns, Chris was very attentive in ensuring all was take care of. My friend is considering buying a Legacy Touring XT after seeing it at the dealership. They do not presently have one in the color she wants, but is confident that Chris will keep his eyes open for her and feels comfortable dealing with him after my experience at this dealership and Chris. More

My car is now designated a Lemon pursuant to Florida law. I was told this by Jacob in service. He told me he was going to escalate the situation and get back with me. He didn’t. I had to reschedule my appointment but frankly since they aren’t going to put a 4th stereo system in my car I wasn’t really sure why I needed to drive 2 hours to them. I called and asked for Jacob to call me. He never did. I have to say that before my car was designated a lemon I had been RAVING about this dealership to the point that one of my friends had decided to get her new car there. Now? After my car has been designated a lemon? Crickets. This is really when I need help! More
They said my 2 year old battery was 4 years old and needing replaced. I went to two other places and had my battery tested. Both those places said it was a good battery. I think it is foolish and inconsiderate to force someone (who is taking THEIR time) to fill out the survey to be verbose and write more word it.
