The employees are always polite and kind. They are always willing to help. The only issue I have is that I bought a used 2019 vehicle that is not a Subaru, and your team wants to service my car according to willing to help. Tire rotation, oil change, filter (engine air and cabin air) changes etc. are different from make to model. Some vehicles are built differently and need different ways of maintaining the vehicle. Don't take this as a angry or upset customer, but more of an eye opener. If you are going to service a Ford Chevy, Subaru, Honda, Hyundai or a Cadillac then service it per the manufacturer. Who designed and made the vehicle. More

It is amazing how Lokey's of New Port Richey designed their new waiting area to accommodate all the issues dealing with the Covid virus. Not only is it beautiful and spacious, but all the snacks and tre their new waiting area to accommodate all the issues dealing with the Covid virus. Not only is it beautiful and spacious, but all the snacks and treats are carefully packaged and displayed to avoid contamination from handling. The furniture is also carefully spaced and easily able to disinfect. Also there is a long bar with bar stools where patrons can plug in their technology while waiting.
