The people make this dealership a great place to do business. A new showroom is under construction to the current set up in a portable building is lacking. The service dept is cramped for Covid times business. A new showroom is under construction to the current set up in a portable building is lacking. steering wheel I had a problem with my steering wheel on my crosstrack it had chunks coming out of it since the warranty was expired the dealer could do nothing but I had a problem with my steering wheel on my crosstrack it had chunks coming out of it since the warranty was expired the dealer could do nothing but they gave me a phone number for Subaru of America which I called and they replaced the steering wheel at no cost to me. i receive a call from Subaru of port richey within the week and they replaced it in less then one hour A very satisfied customer More

Car was sold at 11k+, when I got my finance denial letter 2 finance companies refused to finan Service, great no issues. Sales, I felt a bit cheated. Car was sold at 11k+, when I got my finance denial letter 2 finance companies refused to finance because the car is only worth 9k+. When i attempted to haggle price with sales i was told that was an internet special price, so it was already as low as it could go. 3500.00 down payment, and no trade in. They should have haggled a bit with me. Especially since i found out after the fact that that was a cause for finance denial. More
