Good and The Bad Good they do seem to try and accommodate you. The bad not much attention paid to detail. I brought the car in because my front passenger tire kept going down to 26-28 PSI over three months. They found a nail and patched the tire. The Good: While there they went ahead and changed the oil and rotated my tires even though my mileage was only at approximately 5,000. Great now I don't necessarily have to come back so soon. The Bad: Tire pressure should be around 34-38 PSI not sure exactly but right around there. I think 34. Car brought in because tire on front passenger side kept going down to approximately 26 PSI. They patched the tire and I left. I get a mile or two down the road and the tire light comes on and I look. One of the tires is now at 54 PSI. 54 PSI!!! really? I just left your service department for tire PSI and now one tire is at 54 PSI. This does not leave me confident in you service. How do I know that the oil or anything else you touch is being done properly? More
Came in with a head gasket issue, left with more. They fixed my original issue, though tore through wires/harness plugs, as well forgot to plug all of them back in. Suggestion, slow down and double check fixed my original issue, though tore through wires/harness plugs, as well forgot to plug all of them back in. Suggestion, slow down and double check your work. A few days after I had my car serviced and told my car was running great, I received an email message that stating my car needed urgent work done on it (did not specify what work was required). My email was never answered. Could not have my call to service department answered either. Very dysfunctional way of doing business. I cannot remember the service person, but I was required to pick something otherwise this would not go through. More
